At Body Oil Nupe, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, from order placement to delivery. Our shipping process typically takes 1-3 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays.
As of now, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Regarding returns, we understand that accidents can happen, especially with liquid products. We're committed to your satisfaction and offer a flexible return policy to address any issues that may arise. We accept returns for products that arrive broken or damaged, provided that you notify us within 3 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
For orders under $25, we'll conditionally ship replacement products at no additional cost to you. For orders over $25, a 10% restocking fee is required to cover the cost of shipping new items. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee if applicable.
